Drew Feutz
Drew is a Certified Financial Planner and the Founder of Migration Wealth Management, LLC, a fee-only wealth management firm specializing in financial planning and investment management for individuals in their 30s and 40s. Originally from Eminence, Indiana, Drew graduated summa cum laude from Indiana State University. He currently chairs the NAPFA Genesis Committee, is a fellow in Class V of the Mitch Daniels Leadership Foundation Fellowship, and has held positions such as Treasurer of Young Professionals of Central Indiana and board member of the Indiana State University Financial Planning Advisory Board.
Outside of work, Drew cherishes spending time with his wife, Amanda, and their golden retriever, Gus. He stays active at the Hendricks Regional Health YMCA and enjoys traveling whenever possible.

Jason serves as the Geographic Vice President at Capgemini, leveraging his expertise to assist businesses and nonprofits nationwide in achieving their objectives and fostering growth. With a focus on optimizing business systems, Jason effectively reduces stress and enhances efficiency for his clients.
A proud native of Indiana, Jason has been happily married to his wife Kelly for 25 years. Together, they are blessed with five children: Lauren (21), Alex (19), Claire (15), Isaac (13), and Nora. Their family is complete with their beloved dogs, Minnie and Mac. During his downtime, Jason enjoys quality time with his family, often found relaxing on a beach somewhere.

Matt Hadley, a Greenwood, IN native, attended Center Grove High School until his family relocated to Plainfield, IN, where he completed his senior year at Plainfield High School. Following his time at IUPUI, Matt ventured into sales before finding his niche in the banking and finance industry, holding various roles.
His journey—from facing significant challenges to discovering a passion for connecting people through storytelling—has reshaped his perspective on success. For Matt, success lies in the impact we have on others and the communities we serve, not in material possessions or titles.
In 2018, he launched his own business, recognizing the importance of genuine connections and relationships. Inspired by a pivotal moment at a panel discussion on personal branding and mentorship, Matt embarked on a mission to cultivate authentic relationships with altruistic individuals.
His mission revolves around three core values: community service, selfless assistance, and authentic relationship-building. Through community outreach and philanthropy, Matt aims to foster human welfare and create enduring connections that leave a positive imprint.

Matt Carroll
Matt serves as the Senior Director of Brokerage at ALO Property Group. Prior to his career in commercial real estate, he spent fifteen years in Supply Chain and Logistics, where he managed operations across the globe, including the USA, Canada, the Netherlands, Germany, Australia, Hong Kong, Shanghai, and Shenzhen, China.
His multicultural perspective, cultivated through 12 years of living in Latin America, 2 years in the UK, and over 20 years in the USA, along with extensive work experience in Southeast Asia and Western Europe, enables him to approach challenges with adaptability and versatility.
A proud graduate of Purdue University, where he played basketball for both coach Gene Keady and Matt Painter, he was honored as a 4-time Academic All-Big Ten recipient and received the Distinguished Scholar-Athlete award and the Ward Lambert academic award.
